Refund Policy

Our Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If you purchased the Faceless YouTube Kit, made a genuine attempt to follow the system, and it did not deliver value to you — contact us within 7 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email billing@bookaistudio.com from the email address used at checkout.
2. Include your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email).
3. Briefly describe what you tried and why it didn't work for you.
4. We will confirm your refund within 1 business day and process it within 3–5 business days.

Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
• Requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.
• You must have accessed and attempted to use the product to be eligible.
• Refunds are limited to one per customer.

Non-Refundable Purchases

• Purchases made at a promotional discount of 50% or greater are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
• Bundle purchases where a significant portion of the content has been consumed.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback, provide transaction evidence, and suspend access to future purchases. Please reach out to us first — we will always work with you to resolve issues fairly.
